Summary

Static is a dry breath-hold training app. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising, does not track users across apps or websites, and keeps training history on the device by default.

Data Stored On Device

Static stores training data locally on the user’s device, including:

  • safety acknowledgement;
  • session results and progress history;
  • interrupted-session recovery checkpoints;
  • custom training tables;
  • cue, reminder, and training preferences.

This data is used to provide the app’s training, progress, reminder, and recovery features. It is not sent to Static’s developer in V1.

Users can export training history from Settings and can reset local training data from Settings.

Purchases

Static uses RevenueCat to manage Static Pro purchases, restore purchases, and entitlement status. RevenueCat may process purchase history needed to provide app functionality. Static uses anonymous RevenueCat identity by default and does not require an account.

Analytics

Static uses Firebase Analytics from first launch to understand basic product usage and improve the app.

Static may send private product-usage events such as rating prompt interactions, rate app taps, and share app taps. Static does not send breath-hold durations, recovery durations, exact table values, effort tied to session records, symptoms, notes, names, email addresses, precise location, or free text to analytics.

Firebase SDKs may also process limited diagnostic or installation data needed to operate analytics, such as analytics installation/runtime diagnostics. This data is not used for advertising, ad personalization, or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Static uses Firebase Crashlytics in release builds to collect crash reports and technical diagnostics needed to identify and fix app stability problems. Crashlytics data is not used for advertising, ad personalization, or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Analytics is not used for advertising, ad personalization, or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. V1 does not include an in-app analytics control.

Notifications

If the user enables local reminders, Static asks for notification permission and schedules reminders on the device. Reminder preferences are stored locally.

Third Parties

Static uses RevenueCat for purchases and entitlement management, and Firebase Analytics for app analytics and limited analytics diagnostics.
